Bathroom with double washbasin, wc, washing machine and tumble dryer. - Upstairs, the living room with 3 sofas, 1 armchair, flat-screen TV, home cinema, DVD player and library. There's also a master bedroom with a 180 x 200 double bed (which can be converted into 2 90 x 200 single beds), with direct access to the shower room and separate toilet. - Unenclosed grounds of 300m² with a 38m² terrace, garden furniture and lounge. Piscine, table tennis, racket games, etc. available. The rental does not have a charging point for electric vehicles. For fire-safety reasons, it is forbidden to plug into a domestic electrical outlet.
