Located on the Domaine du Bois de Barthes, in the peaceful town of Lavercantière, the "La Demoiselle" holiday cottage invites you to enjoy a peaceful and comfortable getaway. This 2.5-hectare estate, surrounded by greenery and lulled by birdsong, is home to three Holiday cottages, each featuring a large private area with limited visibility from neighboring properties to ensure your privacy. “La Demoiselle” is a cozy holiday cottage that charms guests with its welcoming atmosphere and natural setting. You’ll enter through a separate entrance, ensuring a completely peaceful stay. This haven of peace is ideal for families, couples, or groups of friends looking to recharge in a quiet setting while enjoying the estate’s amenities. The estate features a magnificent saltwater Piscine, shared among the three holiday cottages. Secured by a fence and a mesh cover, it is perfectly suited for families. Whether you’re looking to relax or explore, the estate’s tranquility and the beauty of the Lot region’s landscapes will delight you. Between walks, swimming, and time spent with friends and family, “La Demoiselle” is the perfect place for a memorable vacation in harmony with nature.
Two-story holiday cottage. Access via a covered terrace with outdoor furniture. Open-concept living room/kitchen with a wood-burning stove. Wheelchair-accessible bedroom with one 160x200 bed. Bathroom (shower) and toilet (toilet seat riser, grab bar). Upstairs, a mezzanine bed (1 bed measuring 140x190 and 2 beds measuring 90x190), a bedroom with 2 beds measuring 80x200 (which can be joined), and access to a separate toilet with a sink. Private garden area surrounding the holiday cottage. 2.5-hectare unfenced property: swing set, playhouse, shared sandbox, saltwater Piscine secured by a fence and a mesh cover (dimensions: 10x5, depth: 1m45), shared outdoor kitchen with barbecue. Sheets and towels included. End-of-stay cleaning available as an option + paid EV charging station package. Free Wi-Fi. Easy-to-use wood heating stove in the living room.
