Come and cool off on the banks of the Dordogne and enjoy the Water Park de la Saule, ranked among the 10 largest in France! Don't hesitate to take the splendid hiking trail behind the gîte to Martel or Rocamadour for the more courageous (small natural waterfall, washhouses and great views of the surrounding hills and villages). For horse lovers, there's a ranch nearby offering pony rides and courses for the little ones. Ideally located in the Lot region, but also very close to the Dordogne and Corrèze regions, so you can discover the riches that surround you!

First floor: 3 recently renovated attic bedrooms (2 140cm beds, 4 90cm beds), bathroom, separate toilet. Underfloor heating on first floor and Electric heating upstairs. Wifi access. Plenty of games for Kids. Terrace in front of the Holiday cottage (36 m²) with lounge and fish pond (not secured and does not open directly onto the terrace). Terrace behind Holiday cottage 37 m² with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue. Unenclosed grounds of 1,000 m² with 6x3 140-cm swimming pool with roller shutter, swing, slide and sun loungers.
