In the heart of the village, in a quiet lane, this house has been renovated in a contemporary spirit, while respecting the traditional Quercy architecture. The large windows let in plenty of light, the spacious living area opens onto the terrace and Piscine, and the exposed beams and mezzanine create a feeling of space. Inside, the presence of stone and wood, combined with contemporary decor and ultra-comfortable fittings, creates a cosy feeling of home. Outside, lounging on the deckchairs or sitting around the garden table, you'll be able to contemplate the swimming pool as if in a jewel box! At Holiday cottage de La Caze, you'll enjoy the immediate proximity of shops, services and numerous signposted Hiking trails, while being halfway between Rocamadour and Padirac, in the heart of the Dordogne Valley!
Just a few steps lead up to the porch and entrance of this pretty village house, adjoining an uninhabited house. On the same level: living room with 2 sofas, flat-screen TV, pellet stove and dining area, independent, fully-equipped kitchen with built-in units. 2 bedrooms: "Elise" (1 bed 140 + 1 baby bed), "Rosa" (1 bed 140 +1 bunk bed), shower room and separate toilet. Upstairs, a mezzanine-style relaxation area leads to a large attic bedroom, "Célina" (1 bed 140) and its shower room with WC. All windows are fitted with mosquito nets. Enclosed Piscine, heated by heat pump from 01/06 to 30/09 (dim: 9x5, depth: 0.85 to 1.80m), terrace, small garden (3.50x10m), table tennis, plancha, garden furniture, sun loungers. Village bells ring every hour except at night, from 9 p.m. to 7.30 a.m. Additional heating: bags of pellets + electricity (consumption of the stay - 8 KW/J) Possibility of parking the vehicle in the alley at the foot of the stairs of the cottage or on the small square nearby.
