Unenclosed plot with parking area and electric hook-up point for electric vehicle (recharging not included in the price: subject to meter reading). The owners' house is located on the same plot. Private garden with relaxation area. Pool house in an old barn: covered terrace with garden furniture, outdoor games and gas barbecue/plancha, heated swimming pool (open from May to October). Access to the gîte via a dozen steps or ground-level access possible. First level: living room/equipped kitchen (TV, wood-burning stove) giving access via a staircase to the ground floor: 2 bedrooms, one with 2 beds 90x190 that can be joined to form 1 bed 180x190 (access to the outside) and one with 1 bed 160x200 (access to a private terrace). Shower room, separate WC with washbasin. Common area/cellar: washing machine and tumble dryer. All-inclusive package.
