This beautiful character property, which is not overlooked by the estate's other Holiday cottage (46G13005 for 10 people), offers total privacy for your stay with family or friends. You'll enjoy a vast wooded park and a large, private, secure swimming pool. A fully-equipped summer kitchen invites you to share convivial outdoor moments. Inside, the generous volumes offer comfort and conviviality. Nearby Duravel and the Lot valley offer a wealth of things to discover: markets, villages, vineyard walks, hiking trails and water sports on the Lot. Between heritage, gastronomy and unspoilt nature, you'll feel right at home!

Holiday cottage on 3 levels. 2 different main entrances: one with a few steps up outside and down inside to the dining room, leading to a fully-equipped kitchen (access to the summer kitchen). The second entrance gives access to a large suite with 1 x 160x200 bed, private shower room (with washing machine) and separate WC. A long corridor leads from the bedroom to the dining room. From the dining room, a staircase leads to the 1st floor: a living room with sitting area, reading area and study. From the reading area, access to a bedroom with 1 x 160x200 bed, leading to a bathroom shared with another bedroom (1 x 140x190 bed), also accessible from the reading area (separated by a sliding door). The top floor features an attic gaming room with a large dressing room. The enclosed corridor leads to a bedroom on the left (separated by a curtain), a bathroom on the right and, at the far end, a bedroom with 1 x 160x200 bed. The bedrooms and gaming room on the 2nd floor are air-conditioned. All-inclusive except optional housekeeping. Electric vehicles welcome, carport.
