The entrance leads directly to an 8 m² covered terrace with a lounge area; from there, you can enter either through the fully equipped, built-in kitchen or through the living room—which features a fireplace insert—via a French door. The property also includes a mezzanine with a sofa bed, one bedroom with an open-concept bathroom (1 140-size bed), 1 bedroom (140-cm bed) with its own private bathroom and laundry area that opens directly onto the terrace, and a separate toilet.
