This former Bergerie has been extended over the years. Situated at the end of an unoverlooked cul-de-sac, it boasts two terraces, a private swimming pool (open from June to the end of October), two bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms, and a view of the surrounding Countryside! Come and relax and make the most of your vacation in this peaceful, restful setting. Do you like walking or cycling? There's a whole range of routes to discover here! For your outings, don't hesitate to discover the Lake de Catus and Montcuq, ideal for swimming, fishing, inflatable games, pétanque and, of course, picnics. And let's not forget the must-see villages of our magnificent département: Rocamadour, Gramat, Saint-Cirq-Lapopie, Capdenac...
The entrance leads directly onto an 8 m² covered terrace with lounge area, then onto the fully-equipped, integrated kitchen or living room with wood-burning stove through a French window, mezzanine with sofa bed, 1 bedroom with open-plan shower room (1 x 140cm bed), 1 bedroom (1 x 140cm bed) with private shower room and laundry area giving direct access to the terrace, separate WC. Electric heating throughout the Holiday cottage and wood-burning stove in the living room. Wifi access. 35 m² terrace with garden furniture, lounge, barbecue, plancha, private swimming pool (12x6) secured by alarm. Enclosed grounds of 1000 m² with sun loungers, ping-pong table and 2 bicycles.

Le propriétaire est très accueillant. Le gite est très agréable à vivre, très bien équipé, proche des commerces et de son magnifique marché. La piscine et son grand terrain complètent l'agrément de ce gîte. A découvrir !

Le gîte est très agréable à vivre, propre, fonctionnel et bien équipé, au calme et sans vis à vis. La piscine et les différentes terrasses sont très appréciables. Et on ne se lasse pas de la vue ; nous avons même vu des biches. Par ailleurs, le gîte reste plutôt frais en cas de fortes chaleurs et le centre-ville de Prayssac, ses commerces et son marché sont proches. Philippe, même à distance, est à l'écoute et réactif si besoin. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et n'avions pas envie de repartir. Merci Philippe, ainsi que pour les "cadeaux de bienvenue".

Gilles Un petit coin de paradis dans le Lot
Ce 2eme séjour à la Bergerie nous a enchantés. Cadre bucolique et maison parfaitement équipée sans parler de la piscine qui est un atout non négligeable.

Alluti Parfait !!
Tout était parfait ! Un cadre reposant à souhait, sans vis à vis, une piscine pour se rafraîchir et une maison suréquipée où il ne manque rien, et très agréable à vivre. Merci à Philipe le propriétaire qui s’est démené pour que tout soit parfait et pour nos agréables échanges. À recommander les yeux fermés !
