Like the musical stave depicted on the railing of the terrace of this bioclimatic timber-frame house, totally turned towards nature, you'll be carried away by the atmosphere that reigns here! Outside, the sound of birds chirping in the nearby woods, or exotic birds from a nearby dwelling, creates an exotic atmosphere on the terrace or by the Piscine! Inside, you'll love the spaciousness of the living area, with its large bay windows opening onto the terrace and the countryside. You'll also love the harmonious combination of wrought iron (brilliantly crafted by Jean-Philippe!) and wood, and the comfort of all the fittings. Jean-Philippe and Francine will be delighted to introduce you to the region, which is particularly rich in must-see tourist sites close to the Holiday cottage...and who knows, maybe you'll be able to convince the owners to tell you what ballad is represented on the railing!!!

Terrace all around the house, the whole first floor on one level, with no steps up to the private swimming pool with wooden deck. Unenclosed grounds. Parking space. Private Piscine 4 m wide, 6.75 m long and 1.50 m deep, secured by alarm. No PMR label. Piscine open from June 1 to September 30.
