The secure Piscine promises long days of swimming in complete peace of mind, while the various terraces—which are in the sun or shade depending on the time of day—invite you to enjoy a coffee at sunrise, a family lunch, or an aperitif at sunset. Pétanque enthusiasts can extend their evenings with a lively game in the heart of a vast, tree-lined field where kids will have all the space they need to play and thrive. Ideally located just a few minutes from Gourdon, the holiday cottage is a prime starting point for exploring the treasures of Quercy. The famous Cougnac Caves, with their impressive stalactites and stalagmites and prehistoric paintings, will captivate history buffs. The Écoute S’il Pleut Base de loisirs, with its Beach, water activities, playgrounds, and relaxation areas, will delight the whole family. Holiday cottage on 3 levels. A few steps lead to a terrace and the main level: Living room with dining area, sitting room with TV, and an open, fully equipped kitchen. On the same level, one bedroom with 1 bunk bed (2x90x190) + 1 pull-out bed (90x190); 2 double bedrooms, each with 1 bed measuring 140x190. A few steps lead to a bathroom and a separate toilet. Upstairs, a dormitory with 5 beds measuring 90x190 and a large walk-in closet. On the lower level (-1), a master suite with one 160x200 bed and one crib (direct access to the covered terrace on the Piscine side) and its private bathroom with a toilet. A living room with a large sofa leading to another terrace on the pétanque court side. Large garden with parking space inside and in front of the property. The Piscine is secured (dimensions: 9.50x5; depth 1m60 with corner steps) by an alarm and surrounded by a fence (over 1m high), with lounge chairs and a barbecue. Sheets and towels available as an option; Housekeeping included (€150 cleaning deposit).
