Situated in a cul-de-sac, this haven of tranquility plunges you into the heart of unspoilt nature. Here, the spring water that gently runs alongside the house provides a soothing, refreshing atmosphere throughout your stay.
Birdsong accompanies your day, while squirrels and deer occasionally wander onto the large property. Only a few minutes away, the charming village of Montcuq offers all amenities: bakery, butcher's shop, restaurants, pharmacy and supermarket. Its famous Lake de Montcuq will delight young and old alike, with Swimming, Fishing, inflatable games, picnic area and waterside restaurant.
In summer, the village comes alive with gourmet markets and a Sunday market where you can discover the local flavours of Quercy. Take the opportunity to visit Cahors and its mythical Valentré Bridge, as well as Saint-Cirq-Lapopie, Rocamadour, Autoire, Capdenac, Carennac, Loubressac and Martel, all listed among France's most beautiful villages. The villages of Gramat, Figeac, Tour de Faure, Prayssac... Between nature, history, gastronomy and Hiking, the Lot promises authentic and unforgettable vacations. Electric heating in bedrooms and bathroom. Reversible air-conditioning in living room. Private 11 m² terrace accessible from the living room or one of the bedrooms. Unenclosed 5,000 m² garden with garden furniture, plancha, parasol and several deckchairs. Private parking space. The bathroom and WC are not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
