The holiday cottage is located along the road (in the village of Gintrac). You can park a car under the carport at the holiday cottage’s entrance. Access to the holiday cottage is also possible via the dock leading to the holiday cottage’s garden. The garden is not fenced. Semi-covered “balcony” terrace with patio furniture and a barbecue. From the terrace, access to the living room with a fireplace insert and a semi-open kitchen leading to a terrace (roadside). The hallway leads to three bedrooms: one on the road side with a 140-cm bed, one with two 90-cm beds, and the other (on the Dordogne side) with a 160-cm bed, as well as a bathroom and a separate toilet. A stream runs through the property, and there is access to the Dordogne River from the garden (please supervise kids as the garden is not fenced). All-inclusive package.
