Electric heating throughout the holiday cottage. Fiber-optic Wi-Fi. Private covered terrace of 9 m² with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. Unfenced, shared grounds of 2,500 m² with a shared, heated Piscine (8 x 4 m, 1.20 m to 1.80 m deep) secured by an alarm and covered shelter, sun loungers. Ample parking.
