Former farm on 6 hectares comprising a typical Quercinoise house dating from around 1850, a barn (currently being renovated) and outbuildings. The property overlooks a small valley with unobstructed views of the countryside and woods (not overlooked). The house is located in a quiet hamlet with a pretty 12th-century Romanesque church, not far from the market town of Labastide-Marnhac and the Bastide of Castelnau-Montratier with shops, mini-market, garage and municipal swimming pool. Salgues is 15mm by car from the center of Cahors, the Lot prefecture (historic center, train station, all shops and services). From the gîte, you can visit many tourist sites (St Cirq Lapopie, Pech Merle caves in Cabrerets, Lot wine valley) and markets. Situated on one of the routes of the Saint Jacques de Compostelle hiking trail. 1st floor: large fitted kitchen with dishwasher, built-in electric oven, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, living room with TV, bookshelf, sofa, board games, 1 bedroom with 1.60 m bed and desk, large bedroom with 3 0.90 m beds, bathroom with walk-in shower, washing machine, large cupboard in hallway and plenty of storage space, separate WC.
