Peyre-levade is a hamlet made up of several stone buildings typical of the region, the oldest dating from 1850, including another 6-person Holiday cottage -46G12948. The Holiday cottage Spa Piscine can accommodate 10 people and 2 babies with all possible comfort. Whatever the season, summer or winter, you'll be able to soak up the luxury of the jacuzzi and relax around a roaring log fire, and in summer you'll be able to relax in the swimming pool (open in June and closed in September). The Holiday cottage Spa Piscine extends over 2 levels divided into 2 parts (connected by the kitchen). In the first part and on the ground floor: Living/dining room, wood-burning stove, reversible air-conditioning. Fitted kitchen. On the 1st floor: 1 open-plan bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed and 1 x Baby bed, and its open-plan shower room (WC, shower cubicle). 1 separate bedroom with Bunk beds. In the second part of the building and on the ground floor: 1 bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed, 1 bathroom with washing machine, double washbasin. 1 separate WC and freezer. Fan in bedrooms. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms: 1 with 1 bed 140 with baby bed and another with 2 beds 90 x 190. Outside, terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and plancha. Secure 7-seater Jacuzzi. Secure Piscine 8 x 4.7, 1m40 deep. Outdoor gaming room: table soccer, exercise bike, table tennis and boules area. Unenclosed private grounds. Car parking shared with Holiday cottage 46G12948. under video surveillance as well as the Holiday cottage entrance Internet access. Sheets, towels, wood extra. A deposit of 1000 € will be required, returned 7 days after your departure. Holiday cottage not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
