The Holiday cottage is part of a property that offers a communal Piscine, accessible to residents. The swimming pool is ideal for cooling off on hot summer days, or just soaking up the sun in peace and quiet. Although located in the heart of the countryside, the Holiday cottage is only a few minutes' drive from the center of Gourdon. It's easy to explore this small medieval city, with its picturesque streets, lively markets and typical restaurants serving regional specialties. A few steps lead up to the private terrace overlooking the Piscine / adjoining that of the other gîte. Alarm-protected Holiday cottage. Entrance hall leading to living area with lounge/dining room. Semi-open, fully-equipped kitchen. 2 bedrooms: 1 with a 160x200 bed, 1 with a 140x190 bed. Bathroom with washing machine and separate WC with washbasin. Pets (€30/stay) and cleaning optional. Piscine heated from April to October, weather permitting. 15 € / week for electric vehicle charging.
