In the heart of the Dordogne Valley lies Les Noyers de Gaudelle, a character estate comprising four adjoining gîtes. A former barn that has been tastefully renovated to a high standard, this gîte complex will provide you with the most relaxing of vacations, whether you're with friends, family or as a couple. Here, you'll stay in the Gîte Omey. You'll enjoy an interior of quality materials and warm decoration. Outside, a private terrace awaits you, along with a shared pool and pool house. You can also spend a pleasant moment in the hammam, jacuzzi or sauna, or pamper yourself with a massage, treatment or waxing. Step out of this bubble of well-being and visit the surrounding area: Padirac, Rocamadour, Martel... so many places to discover for a wonderful vacation.

Gîte on 2 adjoining levels: Fully-equipped living/dining room/kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, etc.). Separate WC. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms (with reversible air-conditioning): one with 2 beds 90x200 and the other with 1 bed 160x200. Bathroom with walk-in shower. Separate WC. Access to private terrace (not overlooked): garden furniture, parasol, barbecue/plancha. Unenclosed shared grounds: parking area, shared swimming pool secured by alarm and roller shutter (size: 12x5 / depth: 1m50), pool-house, pétanque court, relaxation/spa area: sauna, jacuzzi, wellness services (massages, treatments, waxing, etc.) - Services at extra charge (to be arranged with owners).
