Restored gîte adjoining the owners' holiday home, with terrace and grounds. In a very pretty country setting with a dominant view over the Lot landscape. Close to the town of Saint-Céré and the Gouffre de Padirac, remarkable picturesque villages such as Carennac and Loubressac, not to mention the famous Rocamadour, the caves of Presques and the castles of Montal and Castelnaux. ALL CHARGES INCLUDED (heating, electricity, water and wood) Ground floor: living room - dining room - fully-equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave). Upstairs, 2 bedrooms (1 with 1 bed 1.40m, cot and the other with 2 beds 0.90m), shower room with washing machine, separate WC and storeroom. Oil-fired central heating, fireplace. Outside, enclosed grounds and terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Sheets, towels and end-of-stay cleaning optional. Accommodation not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

    Wundervolles Feriendomizil

    Ein wundervolles, gemütliches Häuschen in einem kleinen Weiler mit absoluter Ruhe. Das Häuschen bietet alles was man braucht. Es hat an nichts gefehlt und die Betten waren bequem.
    Zum nächsten größeren Ort sind es nur etwa 8 Minuten mit dem Auto und zum nächsten gut ausgestatteten Supermarkt 10 Minuten.
    Dieses schöne Feriendomizil ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt um die Gegend und wunderschöne Dörfer zu erkunden und herrliche Spaziergänge in der Natur zu machen.
    Die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit und haben uns mit Tipps für Ausflüge, Obst, Gemüse und selbstgemachter Marmelade und Honig versorgt.
    Wir haben uns absolut vom Alltagsstress erholen können, hatten zwei wundervolle Wochen und können es nur weiterempfehlen

    Emplacement idéal pour visiter le Lot

    Jolie petite maison au calme à proximité de Saint Céré. L'emplacement est idéal pour rayonner et visiter les merveilles de cette région. Les propriétaires très accueillants et sympathiques.
    Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

    Calme et nature

    Gite très agréable et fonctionnel, situé au calme proche de St Céré et de nombreux sites touristiques pittoresques : château de Montal, de Bretenoux, grottes de Presque, Loubressac, Autoire, Padirac, petit train de Martel, etc... L'accueil des propriétaires fut très sympathique, merci pour les légumes frais du jardin, le cidre, la confiture et les conseils pour trouver des coins rafraîchissants sur la Dordogne. Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour malheureusement trop court.

    Séjour parfait grâce à des propriétaires adorables abordables disponibles et qui cherchent toujours à vous rendre service. Un plaisir! MERCI!
    Et grâce à une maison fort agréable, un grand jardin, une terrasse à l´ombre, une maison qui garde le frais, avec tout le confort nécessaire et des petites attentions bien plaisantes!
    Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour et reviendrons! Sans compter la région particulièrement belle ;)
