Holiday cottage with all comforts, located in the heart of the Parc Naturel des Causses du Quercy, in a quiet, leafy setting for a pleasant vacation. You'll enjoy a covered terrace with garden furniture and an open terrace with barbecue, and a PRIVATE swimming pool (9x4x1.3m) secured by an alarm with sun loungers on enclosed land. Close to the Lot valley and Saint-Cirq Lapopie, you can visit many tourist sites, not forgetting the Lalbenque region and its truffle production.

Access to the Holiday cottage via a few steps, then on the same level: kitchenette, living/dining room with wood-burning stove, 1 master bedroom with en-suite shower room (basin, shower and separate toilet), 1 bed 1.60m.
Upstairs, 2 attic bedrooms with velux windows fitted with blackout curtains + an external solar curtain. One bedroom has a 1.60x200 bed and the second a 1.80x200 bed, shower room (integrated basin and shower), separate WC.
Covered and uncovered terraces with enclosed grounds, PRIVATE swimming pool (9x4x1.3m) secured by an alarm.
All bedrooms have fans.
