Welcome to Holiday cottage L'Espérance, a haven of tranquility nestled in the heart of a hamlet, near Saint-Projet and just a few minutes from Gourdon. Here, between the wild landscapes of the Causse and the verdant forests of the Bouriane, authenticity reigns supreme. Located on a working farm and next to the owners' house, the Holiday cottage invites you to experience life on the farm: meet the calves and cows just a stone's throw away, chat with the passionate owners and discover the secrets of local livestock farming. The spacious interior combines comfort and rustic charm, ideal for a get-together with family or friends. Outside, enjoy a private swimming pool (open from June to September, subject to liner changes for the 2025 season) with breathtaking views over the surrounding meadows. Kids will have a great time at Lake du Vigan or in the Gourdon Lakes. Climbing, Swimming, Fishing, picnics, inflatable games... your days will be full of discoveries. And let's not forget the unmissable villages of Rocamadour, Gramat, Saint-Cirq-Lapopie, Autoire... Here, every moment breathes the gentle Lotois way of life.

Independent Holiday cottage. Ground floor: fitted kitchen, dining/living room, bedroom (1 x 140cm bed) also accessible from outside, shower room, separate WC. First floor: gaming room with access to the 30 m² terrace, 3 bedrooms (2 beds 1.40m, 1 bed 1.20m, and 1 bed 0.90m), bathroom and separate WC. Underfloor electric heating. Outside: Cellar for storage, 1 Terrace of 30 m² accessible from the gaming room or from outside, 1 other terrace in front of the Holiday cottage of 31 m², part of which is covered with garden furniture, lounge and barbecue. Unenclosed grounds of 300 m²: PRIVATE saltwater swimming pool (13.5 x 5.40, 1.59 m deep, flat-bottomed) opposite the Holiday cottage, secured by fence, and other outdoor play equipment.
