Situated, as its name suggests, between three rivers, the Dordogne, the Cère and the Bave, the Holiday cottage "Les Trois Rivières" will charm you with its calm, tranquility and proximity to the Dordogne River. From your window, you'll be able to see and contemplate the waves of the Dordogne. Forget the noise of the City, you'll only be bothered by birdsong. This old family home with its beautiful exposed stonework is a perfect blend of old-world charm and new-world comfort: every room has its own shower room, and the bread oven is still working! All you have to do is pack your bags: linen and towels are included. Don't forget to discover the attractions of our magnificent region: Rocamadour, Padirac, Autoire, and many others... Holiday cottage on 3 levels: Entrance from the terrace into a living room with sofa, armchairs and TV (books and board games available). Fully-equipped kitchen (fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher, etc.) scullery/laundry room with washing machine and dryer, cleaning and ironing facilities and separate WC. Second floor: 2 bedrooms, each with 1 140x190 bed and private shower room with WC. Top floor: attic bedroom with 2 90x200 beds and en-suite bathroom. Unenclosed grounds with terrace (garden furniture, parasol, plancha), lockable outdoor storage area. Linen included. Electricity (56kw/h free per week, extra charge billed on meter reading) and end-of-stay cleaning optional. Possibility of using a municipal electric charging station located 1 kilometer from the Holiday cottage.
Non-smoking Holiday cottage not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Séjour paisible, gîte avec du charme, très bien équipé, propre et restauré récemment.
En famille, nous avons passé quelques jours pour découvrir la région riche en patrimoine de caractère. Nous avons apprécié déjeuner sur la terrasse avec comme bruit de fond la Dordogne. Chantal et Alain sont accueillants et nous avons apprécié leurs petites attentions.- Cleanliness

Nous remercions infiniment pour leur avis élogieux, ce couple breton très sympathique et avenant ainsi que leur adorable et pétillante maman sans oublier leur amie très charmante. Nous avons eu grand plaisir à faire leur connaissance et à échanger avec eux. Nous sommes ravis qu'ils aient pu mettre à profit ce séjour touristique et gastronomique. Nous avons à coeur d'offrir le confort espéré et le bien-être de nos hôtes.

Saby Gite très agréable
Séjour très agréable, le gîte est très bien équipé, rénové et aménagé avec goût et bien pensé. Le fait que chaque chambre ait sa propre salle d' eau est vraiment confortable. Sans compter sa proximité avec beaucoup de sites, qui nous a permis de limiter les longs trajets.
En plus de ça, nous avons reçu un excellent accueil de la part des propriétaires, très gentils et forts de propositions pour les spots à ne pas manquer (le voisin a également été très disponible).
Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir!
