Totally detached house, on large private grounds (2000 m²), in a quiet location in Alvignac les eaux, halfway between Rocamadour and Padirac. Close to the Dordogne Valley and the Causse de Gramat, which offer many Lot treasures to discover, as well as numerous signposted Hiking trails.
Ground floor: living room - dining room - open-plan kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 bed 1.40 m), shower room, separate toilet. Upstairs: attic bedroom (2 beds 0.90 m) + Umbrella bed for baby.
Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, unfenced grounds. Heating extra charge with meter reading on arrival and departure (consumption -8 kw/d) Pets not allowed.
Holiday cottage not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Nous avons passé une semaine dans un gîte très agréable et très propre. A proximité de nombreux sites magnifiques, une semaine n'a pas suffi pour les visiter.

Lilixb séjour vacances
Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable. nous remercions Mme Paret pour son accueil très chaleureux. Le gîte est beau, propre, bien équipé et bien situé pour visiter dans un périmètre proche de nombreux sites. Nous avons eu la chance de profiter de la terrasse et du jardin grâce au temps enfin estival.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce gîte tant par le confort que par le propreté, extérieur très agréable et bien situé pour les visites. A env. 800 m à pied du village offrant le principal des commerces (boulangerie, boucherie, épicerie/traiteur).
Propriétaire très sympathique.
