The Gîte Soleillan, recently renovated in 2020, is sure to please! Located in the village of Nuzéjouls, the gîte is not overlooked. You'll enjoy relaxing in the jacuzzi overlooking the surrounding countryside! The key words during your next vacation will be calm and rest! The interior of the gîte is tastefully and modernly furnished and decorated. In summer, you'll enjoy the reversible air-conditioning throughout, as well as the municipal swimming pool just 500 meters from the gîte. On the village square in Nuzéjouls, you can sample the delicious bread baked in the village's own bread oven. The all-inclusive package (bed linen, towels, household linen, bathrobe, cleaning) will be appreciated, so don't bother loading up your luggage! Located near the Lot valley, the Cahors vineyards and the Dordogne river, with its many castles, rivers and villages to visit! You'll also be 5km from the Lac de Catus, ideal for swimming and relaxing with the whole family (canoes, pedalos, fishing, picnic area, walking trails...). A few steps lead up to the gîte. Fully-equipped living room/kitchenette, 3 bedrooms (3 x 140cm beds, 1 x 90cm bunk bed), shower room, separate toilet. Basement laundry room with washing machine, ironing board and iron. Wifi internet access. Unenclosed grounds of 2000m² with pétanque court, terrace with garden furniture, parasol, plancha, 5-seater Jacuzzi. Reversible air conditioning throughout the gîte. All-inclusive package.

5/5Gîte calme dans village très agréable. Nous avons été gâtés à l'arrivée avec de très bons produits de la région.
Le lieu est propice à de nombreuses visites mais la période et le temps ne nous a pas permis de faire tout ce que l'on aurait voulu.le spa est utile pour parfaire la détente.- Cleanliness 4/5

5/5Nous avons séjourné dans ce gîte avec notre fils de 3 ans.
Super bien équipé (tout ce qu’il faut au niveau hi-fi/electromenager, articles de puériculture si besoin, et le jacuzzi avec une super vue), la literie est d’excellente qualité, très bon accueil, si nous revenons de Lot nous reviendrons ici sans hésiter !- Cleanliness 5/5

5/5Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et gardons un très bon souvenir.
La maison est vraiment très bien équipée, bien agencée, décorée avec gout et au calme.
Nous avons la chance de pouvoir apprécier le SPA après quelques journées de balade dans cette belle région.

5/5Nous avons passé un fabuleux séjour dans ce gîte. Très bon accueil, gîte très bien décoré et très bien équipé.Le plus du séjour : Un super jacuzzi !
Très calme, vue superbe sur la vallée, sans vis-à-vis... Pleine communion avec la nature et les animaux (On a vu plusieurs fois une biche traverser le jardin le soir !)
