The first floor windows are bright and airy, and the Holiday cottage is both aesthetically pleasing and accessible. Holiday cottage 180 m² with on the first floor a fully-equipped fitted kitchen opening onto the living/dining room, a laundry room, a shower room (PRM access, Italian shower), a bedroom (1 x 160 cm double bed, PRM access) and a Sports hall. On the attic floor, you'll find three bedrooms: two with 3 single beds (90cm) each (they can be converted to 180cm), and another with 1 double bed (160cm). There's also a shower room, mezzanine and separate toilet. Central heating and internet/wifi access, reversible air-conditioning. Large enclosed grounds of 2000 m², terrace, Piscine (8x4x1.20 deep) secured by fencing, covered carport for 2 cars and parking. Table tennis, pétanque court and barbecue. The entire first floor and outside area are accessible to people with reduced mobility. Reduced prices for 2 weeks. Bed linen provided.
