The Lacombrade gîte is ideal for a peaceful vacation in the heart of the countryside. Don't be surprised to see cows grazing - you're right in the middle of a farm! Don't worry, only the sound of tractors will be heard. The view over the surrounding countryside will be much appreciated, not forgetting the stream that runs just a few meters from the gîte, should you fancy a spot of fishing. And let's not forget the Lac de Tolerme, ideal for fishing, hiking, swimming, pedalos, paddleboats, rowing ... You're just a stone's throw from the Cantal region. Don't hesitate to sail between our two departments to see the riches that surround them!

Accessible by a few steps: entrance hall, fitted and equipped kitchen, living/dining room (table, chairs, sofa, armchair, TV, wood-burning stove) with direct access to the veranda to enjoy its magnificent view, 2 bedrooms (2 double beds), bathroom (shower, bath, washbasin), separate toilet. Upstairs: 1 bedroom (2 single beds 90cm). Accessible from outside or inside: laundry room with private washing machine and fridge, plus 43m² garage. Electric heating throughout. 300m² enclosed garden with garden furniture, parasol, plancha and sun loungers. Above-ground pool (plan to enclose the entire plot by summer 2024). Wifi access.
