Gîte LACAM

Gîte Lacam ( 6 people , 3 bedrooms ) is a 1950s house that has retained its original charm (parquet floors, exposed beams ....). Its location is ideal for excursions to the famous Gouffre de Padirac, Rocamadour, Figeac (see the Champollion museum), Cahors, Souillac, Sarlat and Argentat (and the dams on the Dordogne). Here, children can play badminton on a 3,000m² plot of private land. It's a peaceful, relaxing setting surrounded by greenery! During your stay, you'll be able to take a number of walks starting from the gîte. The owners have even prepared a number of half-day and full-day hiking trails. Close to all the shops in the village of Leyme (4km): restaurants, supermarkets, butcher's ... and not far from the Lac de Tolerme or rather the refreshing Dordogne (swimming, children's games, picnic area...) but also very close to the town of Saint-Céré, the Presques caves and the Châteaux of Montal and Bretenoux! House accessible by a few steps: 12 m² terrace, kitchen/dining area with mosquito net, lounge area, 3 bedrooms (1 bed 1.60m, 1 bed 1.40m and 2 beds 0.90m), shower room, separate WC. Oil-fired central heating, wood-burning stove. Outside, 3000 m² fenced garden (no gates) with garden furniture, barbecue, parasol and sunbathing area. On the same site (50 m away, independent and not overlooked or disturbed) is a charming little 2 épis gite with a bedroom with a 160cm bed and a 90cm bed, which can accommodate up to 9 people.
