Welcome to the “La Rivière” holiday cottage, a stunning 18th-century property full of character, renovated in 2014, located on the outskirts of the historic village of Calvignac in the Lot region. The holiday cottage is ideally situated for exploring numerous well-known sites such as Saint-Cirq-Lapopie (voted France’s favorite village in 2012), the historic city of Cahors, the Pech Merle caves, Figeac, and Villefranche-de-Rouergue... Set in a 1-hectare wooded park with century-old trees and a heated Piscine, the charming surroundings are complemented by this family home featuring French-style ceilings, tastefully decorated while preserving the property’s authentic character. 400 m² of living space, 7 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms or shower rooms (4 with showers and 2 with both a shower and a bathtub), spacious living areas, and a magnificent kitchen. On the first floor, there are 4 bedrooms: 'Calvignac' (bathroom, shower + bathtub, 180-bed + extra bed), 'Pech Merle' (shower room + 1 180-bed that can be split into 2 90-beds if needed + optional extra bed), 'Saint-Cirq' (bathroom + one 180-bed that can be split into two 90-beds if needed), 'Cajarc' (shower room + 1 180-bed that can be split into 2 90-beds if needed) as well as a living room/billiards room. Two terraces run along the side of the holiday cottage, one of which is partially shaded by an arbor. Heated pool, playground, and sports area (beach volleyball, badminton, pétanque).
