Recent Countryside house built in 2002 and completely renovated in 2011, located 1 km from the village of Thégra in the Causses du Quercy regional nature park, a stone's throw from the famous town of Rocamadour, the Gouffre de Padirac and close to many exceptional tourist sites. You'll be able to relax and take advantage of the Holiday cottage's pleasant indoor and outdoor facilities, including the swimming pool and summer kitchen, ideal for barbecues, as well as the vast 1500m² enclosed grounds. Holiday cottage 150m² on one level, with a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen opening onto a large living/dining room. 4 bedrooms: the Violette room (1 bed 2 pers in 160) with a shower room and a private WC, the Blue room (2 beds 1 pers in 80, to be joined to make a bed in 160), the Orange room (2 beds 1 pers in 80, to be joined to make a bed in 160) and the Beige room (1 bed 2 pers in 160). A second shower room and separate WC. Large basement with space for cars and table tennis. Oil-fired heating, underfloor heating, mosquito netting. Chair and baby bed available on request. Adjacent to the fenced swimming pool (9m x 3.50m x 1.60m deep), a covered kitchen with brick barbecue, perfect for summer evenings! Plus? Large enclosed grounds, terrace, private parking and garage. In winter, heating is optional. Electricity is on a flat rate of 80 kwh per week included in the price; beyond that, the kwh consumed is invoiced on the basis of the current kwh price.
