The vast garden, a veritable paradise for Kids, offers spacious areas with nooks and crannies that will be a welcome sight on hot summer days. As its name suggests, the Holiday cottage is close to Uxellodunum, the last Gallic city to resist Caesar over 2000 years ago. The more adventurous can also visit the magnificent Château de Castelnau-Bretenoux, a 20-minute drive away. You can also stroll along the winding banks of the Dordogne, visit the picturesque village of Martel, discover the fascinating Lacave caves or enjoy the Tauriac leisure park less than 10km away. Holiday cottage on one level. Several entrances: from the front of the house (about ten steps) or from the back of the house, with level access from the kitchen. Fully-equipped built-in kitchen, living/dining room with TV, sofa bed, wood-burning stove. 2 bedrooms, each with 1 bed 140x190. Shower room with washing machine. Separate WC. Cellar for storing sports equipment if required. Balcony terrace covered by electric roller shutter (living room side) and shaded terrace (kitchen side). Unenclosed grounds of 1800m². Boules pitch. Bed linen, towels, end-of-stay cleaning, optional heating (+ wood supply to be arranged with the owner). Non-smoking Holiday cottage.
