Recently-built, single-storey house set in the heart of nature, in a very quiet location with unobstructed views over the valley and surrounding hills. Its ideal location will enable you to explore all the tourist sites and villages of the department (Saint Cirq Lapopie, Rocamadour, Cahors, Pech Merle, Célé valley, nature walks).

We belong to the village of SAINT-CERNIN (new commune of Les Pechs du Vers). Single-storey detached house located in the heart of the Causses du Quercy regional park and right in the center of the LOT department. The site is very quiet, in the heart of nature with an unobstructed view over the valley and no immediate neighbors, ideal for rest and relaxation. Its ideal location means you're within easy reach of all the tourist sites and villages: Saint Cirq lapopie, Rocamadour, Pech Merle, the Célé valley, etc... What's more, we offer all the accessories you need for young children (cot, bouncer, high chair, bathtub, changing mat, stroller) at no extra charge.

House on one level. Entrance into fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, living/dining room Gllum is cool. Corridor leading to 3 bedrooms: 1 with 2 single beds 90x190 and 2 with double beds 140x190, shower room with shower cubicle, washing machine and WC. Enclosed grounds, portico, garden furniture. Sheets, towels, end-of-stay cleaning, electricity and heating optional. Pets accepted with supplement.
