Le gite du Rocal is located in an area that is still privileged and diversified thanks to traditional, sustainable agriculture, and off the main road and rail routes; many famous sites are nearby (Bonaguil castle, Cahors, numerous bastides and a little further afield, Sarlat, Rocamadour, Padirac, St Cirq-lapopie); in conclusion, ideal for enjoying a restful, varied vacation.

Large Gîte located in the south of the Lot called Bas Quercy . Land of Cahors wine and truffles. You'll find us between the bastides of Puy l'Evêque and Tournon d'Agenais. If you like peace and quiet, you'll be delighted. Within a 40 km radius, you can discover many other bastides: Montcuq , Penne d'Agenais , Pujols , Monflanquin , Monpazier , not forgetting the old town of Cahors . 10 km away, the river Lot for fishing or exploring the river and its banks by boat. 15 km away, the Château de Bonaguil. 40 km away, Agen and its Walibi theme park. Less than 100 km away, Sarlat, Rocamadour, Padirac, Saint Cirq-Lapopie. Gramat and its animal park. Old restored farmhouse, secluded and quiet, surrounded by fields and woods, benefiting from wooded and flowery grounds, a private, fenced swimming pool, heated with solar panels. Large, stone-built, timber-framed courtyard with summer kitchen (barbecue/fireplace, fridge, microwave, cutlery storage unit, large table and sink), outdoor WC near the courtyard.
