This 120 m2 Holiday cottage is located 6 kms from Cahors. The interior is pleasantly laid out, with a spacious, bright 59 m2 living area, and a refined, resolutely modern decor. You'll also enjoy its outdoor spaces in fine weather! Ideal location for visiting the Lot's Remarkable sites, including Cahors and its famous Pont Valentré, St Cirq Lapopie, the Gouffre de Padirac and Rocamadour. Take a refreshing stroll around Lake Catus or the Antinéa nautical base at Douelle (swimming, fishing, restaurants, games, pétanque pitch...). And don't forget the magnificent canoeing and kayaking on the Lot and Célé valleys that await you! An ideal starting point for hikes or mountain bike rides to connect with nature. There are many châteaux to discover in the area: Château Les Bouysses, Caillac, Lagrezette, Le Roussillon and Mercues.
