Inside, living spaces are spacious, allowing everyone to find their own corner of peace and quiet, or to gather together for convivial moments. Located close to the village of Saint Cirgues, the Gîte is the perfect starting point for discovering the local treasures: hiking, cultural visits or gourmet escapades. Gîte on 2 levels. Parking for 4 cars. Enclosed grounds with swimming pool (8x4 secured by bar cover and automatic reset alarm), terrace, nearby beehives. Entrance into living room (TV, wood-burning stove), kitchen/dining room opening onto terrace. Laundry room (washing machine/dryer). 2 bedrooms with 1 x 160x200 bed (one has a mezzanine sleeping area - less than 1m40 high with a single bed). Shower room (shower and bath), WC (grab bar and shower seat), separate WC with washbasin. Upstairs, children's play area on mezzanine. 2 attic bedrooms: one with 1 bed 140x190 and the other with 2 beds 90x200. Shower room with WC. Sheets, end-of-stay cleaning and oil heating (fixed price) optional. Bathroom linen. Electricity extra on meter reading over 8kwh/d included. Additional heating at 6€/d for winter months.
