Two-story holiday cottage. Parking for 4 cars. Enclosed property with a Piscine (8x4, secured with a bar-type cover and an automatic reset alarm), terrace, and beehives nearby. Entryway leading to a living room (TV, wood-burning stove), kitchen/dining room opening onto the terrace. Laundry room (washer/dryer). 2 bedrooms with 1 160x200 bed (one has a Mezzanine bed—less than 1m40 in height with a single bed). Bathroom (shower and bathtub), toilet (grab bar and shower seat), separate toilet with sink. Upstairs, kids’ play area on the mezzanine. 2 attic bedrooms: one with a 140x190 bed and the other with two 90x200 beds. Bathroom with toilet. Petanque court; balls available upon request. Sheets, end-of-stay cleaning, and oil-fired heating (flat rate) are optional. Towels included. Electricity is charged extra based on meter readings for usage exceeding 8 kWh/day (included). Heating is charged extra based on boiler meter readings. Air conditioning upstairs.
