Located in the heart of a small, quiet village, Mas de Bède has all the character and comfort you're looking for! The interior is beautifully furnished and decorated! There's even a working bread oven in the kitchen! The outside is just as pleasant, with its lovely shady wooded grounds. And let's not forget the 42 m² terrace for family gatherings, and the 6-seater Jacuzzi! What more could you want for a peaceful, relaxing stay? In Assier, you're close to all amenities (butcher's shop, mini-market, pharmacy, restaurant, etc.) and not far from must-see sites such as Rocamadour, Figeac, Gramat, St Cirq Lapopie and many more... House on two levels. Ground floor: entrance hall with washing machine, fully-equipped kitchen area with magnificent working bread oven, living/dining area with sofa, TV, hi-fi system, table and chairs with direct access to a 42m² terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, 6-seater Jacuzzi, 2 bedrooms with access to the outside (2 double beds, 1 single bed and a crib, roller shutters on windows), shower room with toilet. Mezzanine upstairs: 1 bedroom (1 x 160cm bed, velux window with blinds, wooden shutters and blackout curtains), bathroom with toilet. Electric heating throughout the gîte not included in the price. Wifi access. No PRM access. Unenclosed grounds of 8,700m² with shaded and wooded areas, sun loungers. Car parking.

Très bon séjour
5/5Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce gîte très bien équipé. Nous remercions les propriétaires pour nous avoir facilité l'heure d'entrée dans le gîte. La décoration et le confort du gîte sont très soignés. Nous nous sommes bien détendus dans le jacuzzi et le vaste jardin a été très apprécié des petits et grands aussi.
