Nestling in the heart of 15 hectares of Forest and meadows, this former farmhouse built of local stone reveals its finest assets in an unspoilt natural setting. Situated in the north of the Lot department, at the crossroads of the Lot, Corrèze and Dordogne, the estate is an ideal base from which to explore the Dordogne valley, its listed villages, exceptional heritage and generous gastronomy.

The Gîte du Domaine des Verdier is a real haven of peace. Come and spend your vacations as a couple, accompanied or not, and enjoy the most peaceful and restful surroundings. Relax in front of the wood-burning stove or cool off in the pool with a breathtaking view of nature. 15 hectares of meadows and woods in a serene setting, lulled by the sound of birds. Nestled in the heart of the Quercy region, the estate has retained its authenticity: typical stone buildings, a walnut drying shed and an orchard all add to its charm and make you want to take a break. You're just a few kilometers from Martel, one of the most visited and well-known villages in the Lot department. If you like to explore, visit Padirac, Rocamadour, or go for a walk along the Dordogne river.

Gîte on 2 levels. Ground floor: large living/dining/kitchen area with sofa, rocking chair, TV, pellet stove, table and chairs, fully-equipped kitchen (fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, oven, dishwasher, etc.). Private bathroom (Italian shower, heated towel rail, hairdryer), separate WC (washing machine, cleaning kit, ironing board and iron). Upstairs, a mezzanine bedroom opening onto the living room with 1 x 160cm bed and 1 x crib. Adjoining garden with garden furniture and barbecue. Unenclosed 15-hectare plot shared with the owners: communal swimming pool secured by alarm. On-site parking. Free Wifi access . Bed linen included. Cleaning, towels and pellet bag not included (a cleaning deposit will be required).
