DESCRIPTION: On one level (just 2 steps to the terrace), the holiday cottage features a living area with a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, oven, freezer compartment), a sitting area with a TV, two bedrooms with a 140-size double bed, one bedroom with two 90-size single beds, a bathroom (two sinks, shower, washing machine), and a separate toilet. Outside, there is a 20m² terrace with patio furniture and a barbecue, a large, unfenced yard, a playground with a swing and slide, 2 lounge chairs, a carport, and a ping-pong table. Gas heating is an additional charge of 8€ per day. A flat-rate electricity allowance of 8KWH is included in the price of the stay; any usage beyond that is charged at 0.20€ per KWH.
