The house is on two levels, close to the owners: one step leads to the 35 m² living room with its fully-equipped kitchen, lounge/dining area, 2 bedrooms (2 double beds), shower room and separate WC. Garden-level access via stairs or outside: laundry room with outside access, 1 bedroom (1 x 140cm bed) with private shower room and WC. Air-conditioning (ducted) throughout the upper part of the Holiday cottage and electric heating on garden level. Wifi access. 25 m² terrace accessible from the kitchen. Parking space. Unenclosed plot of 1500 m². Bed linen included in the price!
