The farmhouse is located in a hamlet in the Lot valley, in a caussenard setting between the village of Saint-Cirq Lapopie and the town of Art and History of Figeac. The 1st barn comprises a dining room and kitchen area on the ground floor, and 1 bedroom (1 bed 1.40m), shower room and separate WC on the 1st floor. La Cazelle has a living room. In the 2nd barn, 1 ground-floor bedroom with independent access (1 bed 1.40m), private shower room and WC, and on the 1st floor, a bedroom with independent access (1 bed 1.40m).
