This former forge is located in the heart of a quiet hamlet. With its view over the valley, it's ideal for peaceful, relaxing moments! The interior is bright and airy, with all the comforts you could wish for, and beds made on arrival! Outside, you'll love the pool house and private swimming pool (11m x 5m), open from June to the end of September, secured by a shutter and separated from the Holiday cottage by a gated fence, covered terrace, swing and not forgetting the pétanque court. During the summer, the village is very festive, with its village festival and bread festival in September. Close to Cahors to discover its emblematic Pont Valentré and many other villages such as Rocamadour, Padirac, Gramat, Saint-Cirq-Lapopie, Figeac, Cabrerets with its prehistoric Pech Merle cave...

House on 2 levels: living/dining room with equipped kitchen area (38 m²), laundry room with private washing machine and dryer accessible from the kitchen and outside. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (2 beds 90 x 190, 1 bed 140 x 190. Bed linen provided and beds made on arrival), shower room, separate WC.
Air-conditioned upstairs. Electric heating throughout Holiday cottage. Fiber-optic wifi access. 16 m² covered terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Two fenced outdoor areas: a small area in front of the terrace with swing, then a few steps down to a 800 m² plot with private swimming pool (5m x 11m, diamond-shaped bottom, minimum depth 90 cm on stair side) secured by roller shutter, ping-pong table, sun loungers, parasols, enclosed area with Kids' games and books, washing line and compost bin. 300 m² fenced-in area in front of the Holiday cottage with petanque court. Private parking for 2 cars.

Accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
