This former forge is located in the heart of a quiet hamlet. Ideal for peaceful, relaxing moments, with its view over the valley! The interior is bright and airy, with all the comforts you could wish for, and beds made on arrival! Outside, you'll love the private swimming pool (open from June to September), secured by a shutter, the covered terrace, the swing and, of course, the pétanque court. In summer, the village is a festive place, with a village festival and a bread festival in September. Close to Cahors to discover its emblematic Pont Valentré and many other villages to discover such as Rocamadour, Gramat, Saint-Cirq-Lapopie, Figeac...

House on 2 levels: living/dining area with integrated 38 m² fully-equipped kitchenette, then a laundry room with private washing machine and dryer accessible from the kitchen and outside. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (2 x 90cm beds, 1 x 140cm bed - bed linen provided and beds made on arrival), shower room, separate WC. Air-conditioned upstairs. Electric heating throughout Holiday cottage. Fiber-optic wifi access. 16 m² covered terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Two fenced outdoor areas: a small area in front of the terrace with a swing, then a few steps up to a 800 m² plot with private swimming pool (5 x 11, diamond-shaped bottom, minimum depth 90 cm on the staircase side) secured by a shutter, ping-pong table, sun loungers, parasol, enclosed area with Kids' games and books, washing line and compost bin. 300 m² fenced-in area in front of Holiday cottage with petanque court. Parking for 2 cars.
