Pleasantly appointed house, very pleasant in summer when it's very hot because it stays cool, detached, on one level, offering a lovely outdoor space with trees, shade and flowers. Quiet Countryside setting close to shops and amenities. Situated in a commune in the Lot valley, in the Vineyard of Cahors and 800 m from the river Lot, ideal for Fishing, canoeing and gabarre trips. Living room/kitchenette, 1 bedroom (1 bed 140), shower room, separate toilet. 1 bedroom with independent outside access, and shower room with wc (1 bed 1.40m, 1 bed 0.90m). Electric heating (10 Kw/day consumption offered). Garden, 1/2 fenced, 20 m² covered terrace. Equipped kitchen. Available in the storeroom: fridge, freezer, washing machine. Weekly rental from Saturday 4 pm to Saturday 10 am. Mid season 370€ per week. High season €470 per week. Tourist tax not included (€1.37 per person).

    Merveilleux endroit

    Un grand merci à la propriétaire qui nous avait accueillis il y a 20 ans et à son fils qui nous a accueillis chaleureusement cette année.
    Le gîte est très bien équipé : il y a vraiment tout et en excellent état.
    Le gîte est donc très agréable même quand il fait très chaud. L'extérieur est lui aussi très joli.
    Situation géographique idéale. On peut aller à Puy L'Eveque à pied .
    Nous sommes vraiment ravis !

    lot deuxième

    Gîte très bien équipé en cuisine, salles de bain, terrasse, jardin. Dommage pour le canapé,les fauteuils inconfortables ainsi que les lits de la deuxième chambre. J'ai 80 ans j'espérai pouvoir dormir normalement.
