Nestled between the Dordogne and Lot rivers, it's an ideal base from which to explore stunning landscapes on foot, by bike or by car... When you return from your visits on a fine summer's day, you'll be able to relax in the communal swimming pool, not forgetting your Kids, who can have fun in the swing or the paddling pool, all on enclosed grounds!

Ground floor: living-dining room-equipped kitchen. First floor: 2 bedrooms (1 bed 1.40m, 1 bed 1.10m, 1 bed 0.90m), shower room, separate WC. 18 m² covered terrace with barbecue, 1/2 fenced garden. Private paddling pool and portico, communal swimming pool (12x4.5x1.10 to 1.80m) fenced to standard. Cleaning and linen hire optional. Holiday cottage adjoining the owners' son's house with independent access.
