Gîte de Cabridens

Self-contained farm gîte with wide open spaces and excellent views. Typical landscape of the eastern part of the department, between Figeac and Saint-Céré, on the foothills of the Cantal. Access to the gîte is via a staircase leading to an outside terrace/balcony. 1st floor: living room (TV, wood-burning stove), kitchenette (dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, etc.) and dining room. Ground floor: 2 bedrooms (both with a double bed (140cm) and a single bed (90cm)), bathroom and separate toilet. 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms (one with 1 x 140cm bed and 1 x 90cm bed, the other with a 140cm bed), bathroom with WC. Electric heating + wood-burning stove, cellar with washing machine, covered terrace, carport, unfenced grounds, portico, basketball hoop, ping-pong table. Baby equipment: bed, cot, chair, bouncer, stroller. Gîte not accessible for disabled people. Electricity and water are not included in the rental price.
