Entirely restored and decorated with care, you'll appreciate this first-floor accommodation with its own entrance. The view of the cliffs from the covered terrace or landscaped garden is exceptional. Its privileged geographical location will enable you to discover a wealth of cultural, historical and architectural treasures, take advantage of the many Hiking trails or indulge in the various activities the river has to offer. First floor: living/dining room/kitchen area (4-burner gas stove, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave), 2 bedrooms (1 with 1 x 1.60 cm bed, the other with 2 x 0.90 cm beds), bathroom, separate WC, laundry room with washing machine and cleaning utensils at the entrance. Electric heating with convectors. Private covered terrace with unobstructed views of the surrounding Countryside, covered shelter (table soccer and barbecue), enclosed garden with Piscine shared with the owners (8 m by 4 m, 1.45 deep, flat-bottomed, open from 1/06 to 30/09), across the local road. Located 100 meters from the church, the bells ring at 12 p.m. and 7 p.m. only.
