Situated in the Lot department and close to the Dordogne, you'll enjoy walking and entertaining between these two departments. Ideally situated in a quiet area yet close to the shops. Close to the Holiday cottage you'll find the CAZALS Lake, where you can enjoy fishing and swimming, not forgetting the children's playground! This restored house has 3,000 m² of grounds. You'll love the fireplace in the living room and the veranda overlooking the wooded grounds!
Ground floor: Entrance hall, fully-equipped kitchen, living/dining room, veranda with garden furniture, bathroom, separate toilet, washing machine. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (1 with 140cm bed, 1 with 160cm bed and the last with 1 140cm bed and 2 90cm beds), shower room, separate WC. Écrin de verdure , cadre buccolique
5/5Pas de chance question météo , et malgré cela, avons passé un week-end très sympa. Il ne manquait rien ( cuisiné très bien équipée , literie excellente. Maison de caractère entourée de verdure ( grand terrain tondu à merveille, aucun vis à vis , qui laisse imaginer combien on peut apprécier d’être à l’extérieur à la belle saison ) . Enfin quoi : super gîte!

Quel plaisir!
5/5Malgré une météo peu clémente dans le Lot en cette semaine du 21 au 28 septembre, nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans le gîte "Chez Marthe". Rien ne manque: ni l'espace, ni l'équipement, ni la gentillesse et la disponibilité de nos hôtes! La pluie a beau tomber, le soleil est partout dans cette maison!

4/5La maison, le terrain et l'emplacement sont au top.
Cuisine ultra bien équipée. Literie et couverture au top.Petit bémol sur les canapés pas très confort. Et un tout petit point d'amélioration pour la cuisine : un placard vide pour permettre le rangement des courses alimentaires et ça serait un perfect.
Les propriétaires sont très gentils et accueillants.
