Gîte on 2 levels. A few steps lead up to the gîte. Gllum is cool living/dining room opening onto fully-equipped kitchen (utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer). Bedroom with 1 x 160x200 bed, TV and open-plan shower room (shower, vanity unit), separate WC. Upstairs, 2 attic bedrooms, each with 1 160x200 bed, shower room with WC. Reversible air-conditioning in all rooms. Unenclosed grounds with parking, pétanque court. Terrace with garden furniture, lounge, gas plancha and heated swimming pool with balneo bench (open from May to end September, secured by roller shutter. Bed linen and towels included. End-of-stay cleaning and pets welcome optional.
