A 2nd bedroom with 2 90cm beds, and a 3rd bedroom with bay window, two 90cm beds (180cm), a shower room with Italian-style shower, heated towel rail, 1 separate toilet. Basement with outside access and washing machine. Private, heated, fenced, salt-treated Piscine (8x4x1.50). Covered terrace with electric barbecue. Bed linen, towels and cleaning optional.
