Surrounded by rolling hills, valleys, and charming villages, discover a place where life moves at a leisurely pace. Located in southern Lot, just a few minutes from Montcuq—famous for its lively Sunday market—our holiday cottage welcomes you to a pristine setting, perfect for relaxation or catching up with loved ones. Accommodating up to 15 people, this spacious house is ideal for family vacations, a getaway with friends, a family reunion, or simply to share wonderful moments together. Outside, there’s something for everyone: a covered, secure Piscine offering breathtaking views of the valley, a pétanque court, a space for playing volleyball or soccer, and a large gaming room for all ages. Inside, a warm and welcoming atmosphere awaits. The seven comfortable bedrooms, the fully equipped kitchen, and the spacious living area invite you to share meals around the two large wooden tables before extending the evening by the stove set in the traditional cantou. As soon as you step outside, hiking trails and mountain bike paths await you. Here, the peace and quiet is disturbed only by birdsong and the rustling of the wind through the trees. The Quercy Blanc region is also brimming with treasures to discover: the medieval villages of Montcuq, Lauzerte, and Castelnau-Montratier; gourmet markets; the Vineyards of Cahors; fortified towns; caves; and, of course, the many outdoor activities that give this authentic region its charm. For your comfort, two air conditioning units are installed on the first floor. The ground-floor bathroom is equipped to accommodate guests with limited mobility. Whether you’re coming to recharge, share hearty meals, explore the landscapes of the Lot, or simply enjoy an exceptional view by the Piscine, this holiday cottage promises memories to be made… and the desire to return.

Two-story holiday cottage. Covered terraces with a large dining table and barbecue. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need / pantry with 2 large commercial refrigerators. Open-concept living/dining room with a wood-burning stove. A studio-style bedroom with a pull-out bed (2 beds, Bed 90x190), kitchenette, and bathroom with toilet. A bedroom with a bathroom accessible to people with reduced mobility located right next door, plus a separate toilet with a sink. Upstairs, three bedrooms on one side (one with one 160-bed and one 90-bed; and the other two each with one 140-bed and one 90-bed); a bathroom with a toilet. On the other side, two bedrooms, each with one 140-bed and one 90-bed, a bathroom with a toilet, and a play area on the mezzanine. The two sections of the upper floor are connected and air-conditioned in the mezzanine and hallway areas. The Piscine is accessible from May through October and can be heated upon request (electricity consumption for the heat pump used to heat the Piscine is billed based on usage). Sheets, towels, pool heating, and electric car charging are optional and subject to an additional fee; a pet fee also applies. Charges for pool heating (if requested) and electric car charging are billed based on readings from a dedicated meter.
