This characterful gîte offers comfortable, spacious living spaces, combining tradition and modernity, as well as excellent amenities, including a private swimming pool and pétanque court, all set in unspoilt surroundings... Situated in a quiet hamlet, you can enjoy the peace and quiet of this totally enclosed property with its courtyard wall, and explore the various tourist attractions of the Dordogne valley. This 250m² gîte has a separate kitchen and dining room on the first floor, with access to the laundry room. Access by five steps to the open-plan living room, then to the right to the Rose (1 bed 2 pers in 160) and Vert mythe (1 bed 2 pers in 160) bedrooms, with a shower room (thermostatic shower), independent wc. From the living room, access by three steps up to the Taupe (2 single beds 90cm) and Jaune (1 double bed 160cm) bedrooms, with a second shower room (thermostatic shower), separate WC and relaxation area on the pool level.
